City Fitness Plans For 21st and South Street

Back in March we reported about the development on 21st and South Streets in Graduate Hospital. One of the tenants, City Fitness, is forging ahead the interior design for the new fitness center, and we have the plans. The two-story, 17,000-square-foot space will have a large array of cardio equipment (each with its own personal viewing monitor), a full-service juice bar, a spin studio, a yoga studio, a group exercise room and spray and stand-up tanning. The project is being developed by Grasso Holdings and is scheduled to open around June.
